Y la llevamos al horno de convección a 200°C por un tiempo de 50 min a 1 hora aprox. pasado este tiempo puedes sacar un trozo e intentar cortar un pedazo para checar la cocción. - Cuando están listas yo las cambie de charola y las bañe con salsa BBQ por ambos lados para llevarlas al horno 10 min. más
- Yo acompañe con una ensalada de tomate cherry, pedacitos de fresa, lechuga, el jugo de medio limón y una pizca de sal.
