- Lavar y limpiar adecuadamente el pollo, para después cocinarlo agregándole unos cuantos ajos molidos junto con una pizca de comino y sal.
- Una vez listo el caldo, le avisaremos un poco a la pasta del mole para poder batirla
- Una vez que allamos batido el mole junto con el caldo, lo pondremos a hervir
- Y por último lo serviremos en un plato con su respectiva pieza de pollo
