  3. Cuando tenga un color dorado y suene "hueco" añade las dos tazas de caldo de frijol y los frijoles cocidos, mueve un poco para que todo se integre, si lo requiere añade un poco de sal o consomé en polvo.
  4. Cuando comience a hervir baja el fuego y tapa la olla. Ya no muevas el arroz, déjalo cocer unos 15 a 20 minutos.
