  1. Lavar las piernas de pollo, lavar y desinfectar las verduras.
  2. Cortar en cubos irregulares los tomates, ajo, cebolla, jengibre.
  3. Mezclar los condimentos para tener el garam malasa.
  4. En una sartén colocar aceite, agregar las piezas de pollo, posteriormente agregamos los condimentos ya mezclados tratando de cubrir bien la carne. Dar vuelta cuando la pieza esté doradita de un lado para dorar del otro lado.
  5. Retirar la proteína de la sartén, agregar la cebolla, ajo picados, posteriormente agregar los cacahuates, cuando comience a dorarse agrerar el tomate picado, posteriormente agregar el jengibre picado.
  6. Cuando los ingredientes de la sartén estén salteados agregar un poco de agua si lo desea, añadir una pequeña porción del garam malasa, cilantro y menta picados.
  7. Cuando llegue al punto de ebullición retirar de la sartén al vaso de la licuadora y licuar.
  8. Limpiamos la sartén, agregamos aceite de oliva, 90 gr de mantequilla esperar a que las grasas calienten, posteriormente añadir la mezcla ya licuada, mover y añadir crema ácida, mezclar perfectamente y agregar las piezas de pollo antes precocidas.
  9. Dejar cocinar la preparación durante 20 a 30 minutos o hasta que la proteína este cocinada, rectificar sabor.
  10. Retirar del fuego, servir y disfrutar.
