- 14 dientes ajo
- 1 bastón de canela
- 2 gr clavo
- 8 chiliancho
- 3 cebollas
- 4 Tomates
- 3 panes

- 1 cucharada sal
- 100 gr chocolate
- 10 cucharadas azúcar

- Lavar el pollo y las verduras.
- Se pican las cebollas, los ajos y los tomates.
- Se quitan las semillas del chiliancho
- Se pone a hervir el pollo junto con 4 dientes de ajo, media cebolla y 1 cucharada de sal
- Freír 2 cebollas, 10 dientes de ajo, 1 bastón de canela, 2 gr de pimienta y 2 gr de clavo
- Freír el chiliancho, tomate y los panes por separado (se pueden freír uno por uno)
- Cuando el pollo termina de cocer se pone en un plato y el caldo del pollo se guarda porque se utilizará al final.
- Cuando se termine freír la cebolla, el ajo, la canela y demás, se lucua con un poco de agua.
- Ahora se cuela lo que se acabó de licuar.
- Se licúa el chiliancho con 100 ml de agua
- Se licúa el tomate con 100 ml de agua
- Se licúa el pan con 100 ml de agua
- Se pone a hervir el licuado de la cebolla y demás condimentos con el caldo del pollo
- Al pasar 10 minutos, cuando ya esté hirviendo se agrega el chiliancho y el tomate
- Después de que pasen otros 10 minutos se agregan el pan, 100 gr de chocolate y 10 cucharadas de azúcar
