- Ponemos a hervir los Tomates y Miltomates
- Hervir las Almendras para quitar la piel
- Cortar la cebolla en gajos y ponerla a freír junto con los ajos
- Cortar los Plátanos macho en sifflet y feír
- Tostar el Ajonjolí
- Cortar el Bolillo en secciones y ponerlo a freír
- Freír las Pasas y las Almendras ya peladas
- Por último dorar las especias
- Teniendo todos los ingredientes llevarlo a moler
- Se fríe la mezcla, se agrega caldo de pollo y posteriormente se agregan las aceitunas, chiles en vinagre, sal o azúcar
