  6. Después de que ya hayamos puesto la masa en los tomostles, comenzamos a cerrar para poner a cocer.
  7. En una vaporera ponemos 500 militros de agua y vamos agregando los tamales, para ponerlos a cocer, durante 15 minutos
  8. Una vez pasado el tiempo sacamos los tamales y podemos degustar. Podemos acompañarlos de salsa, queso o crema dependiendo de nuestro gusto, o comerlos solos.
