- Para acompañar, al gusto :
- Pollo deshebrado
- 2 huevitos estrellados

Licuamos varios minutos, que nos quede una salsa bien lisa.



- En una cacerola amplia calentar el aceite con un poquito de cebolla, cuando aromatice la retiramos y vaciamos la salsa, con el caldo restante arrastramos la que quede en el vaso de licuadora para aprovechar todo. Rectificamos de sal, ponemos el epazote, tapamos y dejamos que hierva unos minutos. Mientras podemos preparar la proteína para acompañar, pollo desmenuzado, huevo o carne al gusto.



- Ya que hirvió estamos listos para montar el plato. Podemos poner los totopos en la salsa, pero yo prefiero que vayan en un tazón y allí agregar la salsa para que estén crujientes pero muy caldosos al momento de comer. Entonces agregamos queso, cebolla y crema al gusto y por último la proteína. Listo a disfrutar!!
