- Te recomiendo tener todos los ingredientes listos, comenzamos a batir los huevos en la batidora
- Una vez batidos los huevos, sin dejar de batir, poco a poco incluimos la harina con el Royal, el jugo, azúcar (Nota: Baja la velocidad de la batidora al incorporar los ingredientes)



- La leche, la ralladura y el aceite en forma de hilo, batimos hasta que todos los ingredientes estén incorporados



- Precalentamos el horno a 200°, en un molde de mantecadas colocamos los capacillos, agregamos la mezcla sobre los capacillos hasta 3/4 de su capacidad, adornamos con nuez (Nota: Los capacillos solo se llenan a 3/4)



- Horneamos por 20 minutos a 200° y el resultado son unas mantecadas doraditas por fuera y esponjositas por dentro
