Se puede cubrir con papel aluminio para evitar que se quemen los bordes de la costra y hornear por unos 40 minutos, o dejar sin cubrir bajando la temperatura del horno a 170°C (325°F) y hornear por 1h 20 min o hasta que al introducir un cuchillo en el centro salga limpio.
